The marketing team is looking to hire manager to drive business and manage clients in the BFSI Sector in Delhi-NCR:
Drive business development by sourcing leads and manage the project deliverables by successfully managing client engagements and internal team.
Manage relevant client stakeholders in complex and intense consulting assignments to the BFSI sector.
Mine existing clients for additional business opportunities and drive aggressive sales efforts.
Oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring, and forecasting to better understand the market and work collaboratively with the sales team to assess current projections.
Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals and cultivate deep client relationships and partnerships that add value.
Collaborate with marketing team to creatively reach more potential customers and stay up-to-date on current market trends.
Take calculated risks to increase profitability and brand recognition and continually assess our marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales.
Deliver improved sales execution and outcomes across major prospect and proofs of concept with experts and specialists.
Leverage data and analytics to identify areas for both continuous improvements.
Develop comprehensive integrated marketing plans to increase awareness, accelerate the sales cycle, grow advocacy and increase sales across multiple channels, in support of Sales priorities and revenue goals.
Build relationship and communicate effectively in order to positively influence peers and other stakeholders.
Getting involved in end to end engagement lifecycle that will help sharpen skills across business development, client relationship management, value proposition creation and project delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
Solid computer skills and awareness of web-based marketing and social media
Driven and committed to success while maintaining integrity
Strong business acumen, planning and organizational skills
Delivering large and complex client engagements that identify, design and implement creative business and Fin-tech solutions in the BFSI sector.
Define Go-to-Market Strategy and manage sales effectiveness, process & structure for defining omnichannel path for the customers.
Good communication skills and presentation skills. Easy orator and ability to develop and translate the consulting view point to the client’s senior stakeholders.
Experience and Background:
Master’s degree in finance/business or related field.
5+ years of experience with excellent understanding of customer led business transformation in the BFSI sector.
Experience in working with ‘C’ level executive clients.
